How to delete your FightersTech account

We understand that circumstances can change and you might wish to permanently delete your FightersTech account. Below are the steps you can follow to delete your account along with all associated data:

  1. Open the App: Launch the FightersTech application on your device and make sure you are logged in.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Tap on the Settings icon (found in the bottom navigation).
  3. Go to About: Within the Settings menu, tap on About.
  4. Open Legal: Under the About section, select Legal.
  5. Find ARCO-POL: Delete my account and data: Follow the instructions to confirm you want to permanently delete your account. Please keep in mind that this process is irreversible and all your data will be removed.

If you prefer direct assistance or cannot access the app, you may also email us at dpo@fighterstech.com and request account deletion. Please include the email associated with your FightersTech account so we can verify and process your request.

Managing Your Data (ARCO-POL Options)

In addition to deleting your entire account, we offer options for partial-data deletion and other data rights under ARCO-POL (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) as well as Restriction and Portability.

Note: If you are already logged into the app with a verified account, you usually won’t need additional email verification for these requests (except "ARCO-POL: More options"). Submitting ARCO-POL actions directly in-app helps us confirm your identity.

This option allows you to request a summary of the personal data we have stored about you (often called an Access request).

  1. Open the FightersTech app and go to Settings → About → Legal.
  2. Select ARCO-POL: Ask for my data.
  3. Follow the instructions to confirm your request. We’ll compile your data and notify you when it’s ready.

This option allows you to temporarily suspend your account, meaning you won’t be able to use certain services or features until you reactivate it, but your data remains intact.

  1. Open the FightersTech app and go to Settings → About → Legal.
  2. Select ARCO-POL: Suspend my account.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the suspension. You can reactivate your account by logging back for a time before it expires and your account gets deleted.

Here you’ll find additional ARCO-POL rights, such as Rectification, Cancellation, Objection, Restriction, and Portability.

In order to follow up your requests and verify your identity you will need to have your email notifications enabled (email linked to your FightersTech account).
