We understand that circumstances can change and you might wish to permanently delete your FightersTech account. Below are the steps you can follow to delete your account along with all associated data:
If you prefer direct assistance or cannot access the app, you may also email us at dpo@fighterstech.com and request account deletion. Please include the email associated with your FightersTech account so we can verify and process your request.
In addition to deleting your entire account, we offer options for partial-data deletion and other data rights under ARCO-POL (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) as well as Restriction and Portability.
Note: If you are already logged into the app with a verified account, you usually won’t need additional email verification for these requests (except "ARCO-POL: More options"). Submitting ARCO-POL actions directly in-app helps us confirm your identity.
This option allows you to request a summary of the personal data we have stored about you (often called an Access request).
This option allows you to temporarily suspend your account, meaning you won’t be able to use certain services or features until you reactivate it, but your data remains intact.
Open the FightersTech app and go to Settings → About → Legal-> ARCO-POL: More options.
Here you’ll find additional ARCO-POL rights, such as
Rectification, Cancellation,
Objection, Restriction, and
Portability.
In order to follow up your requests and verify your identity you
will need to have your email notifications enabled (email linked to
your FightersTech account).
